How to Book Your Expedition

Embarking on a journey into the heart of Borneo with Gibbon Adventure is a personalized experience. To ensure we provide the highest quality of service and expertise, our booking process follows these four simple steps:

STEP 1

The Initial Inquiry

Browse our curated photography and wildlife tours. Once you find an expedition that inspires you, click the “Enquire Now” button or contact us directly at info@gibbonadventures.com.

Please include your preferred dates, group size, and any specific wildlife (like the Clouded Leopard) or photography goals you have.

STEP 2

Personalized Itinerary & Quote

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to discuss availability. We will provide a detailed itinerary and a formal quote tailored to your requirements.

STEP 3

Secure Your Placement

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Along with the deposit, we will ask you to complete a Guest Information Form, which includes dietary requirements, health declarations, and travel insurance details.

STEP 4

Final Preparation

The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure. Once the final payment is received, we will send you a Comprehensive Expedition Guide, including packing lists, photography tips for the rainforest, and arrival logistics for Sabah.

A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

PayPal

Available for deposit payments.

A 4.5% processing fee applies to all PayPal transactions.

Wise Payment / Wise Transfer

We do not have a Wise account; however, if you have one, you can easily transfer the payment to our local bank account. Wise typically charges lower transfer fees and offers better exchange rates.
